Website content provides general information about auto body, collision, bumper, dent, paint, and insurance-related repair processes. It is not a diagnosis of a specific vehicle, a safety inspection, legal advice, insurance advice, or a promise that a particular repair method applies.

Vehicle condition, hidden damage, material, parts availability, repair access, insurer decisions, and authorized work can affect the actual repair plan, price, and timing.

Online estimate requests

Submitting a form, email, photo, or document starts a conversation. It is not a written estimate, repair order, appointment confirmation, final price, promise of completion time, or repair authorization.

Photos can help identify visible damage, but some conditions require an in-person inspection or authorized disassembly. Any preliminary discussion may change when the vehicle is inspected and the repair scope is documented.

California repair estimates and authorization

Actual repair work is governed by the separate documents and requirements that apply to the repair transaction. California Bureau of Automotive Repair guidance explains that an automotive repair dealer provides a written estimate and obtains customer authorization before performing repairs covered by that estimate.

If additional repairs or charges become necessary, the added work must be documented and authorized through the repair process before it proceeds. The final invoice documents the repairs performed and parts supplied as applicable.

Insurance claims
