You may also provide an email address and upload damage photos or PDF documents. Do not submit financial account numbers, identification documents, medical information, passwords, or other information that is not needed to evaluate the repair request.

If you contact the shop by phone or email, we receive the information you choose to share in that communication. If you visit the shop, information related to an actual repair transaction is handled through separate estimate, authorization, and invoice records.

The website and its hosting provider may automatically record technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. This can include IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, date and time, referring page, and server or security logs.

How we use information
