Before sending photos
Clear starting information reduces back-and-forth. It does not replace a hands-on inspection when the damage or repair access needs closer evaluation.
Include one wider image that shows where the damage is located on the vehicle, not only a close-up.
Photograph cracks, dents, scrapes, broken mounts, gaps, warning lights, or displaced components that are visible.
Mention rubbing, leaking, warning messages, loose parts, or anything that changed after the incident. Do not drive a vehicle you believe is unsafe.
